I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, being in the heart of Old Town and incredibly close to everything. The rooms were cozy, featuring a lovely pillow-top mattress and a private veranda, but it would have been perfect with a coffee maker. The service was outstanding, with the team always ready to assist and even offering a welcome drink and tours/ticket help. The dining experience was top-notch with included afternoon tea, and the facilities were excellent. However, it could have been even better with a few more amenities.
